OCUB Mandatory Annual Meeting
​
The OCUB mandatory annual meeting will be held via zoom on February 5th, 2025 from 8pm-9pm to discuss important information for the 2025 high school and youth season. It is imperative that all members attend, the agenda of the meeting is listed below. The meeting should not last more than an hour, if you do not attend, the assignor will be advised and your game schedule assignments will be considered now and in the future. College and youth student officials who cannot attend must watch the full recording of the meeting and submit answers to the questions proving you have completed the full meeting. If you attended the 2025 rules interpretation webinar that USA lacrosse hosted, you will be excused from our meeting after Bill Evans finished the assigning section of the agenda.

Online Training
The USA lacrosse website has the 2023 tests online as well as the 2023 professional development course and the girls online course. You may take the test anytime and if you fail to pass the test, you can immediately take it again. All youth officials must take the youth and high school test.

The professional development course is mandatory and the girls online course must be taken by all officials once. Nicole Buechler and Bill Evans will be contacting you if you have not completed your tests and courses before February 8th. They will also help guide you to the courses and test if you have difficulty finding them.
Please finish all responsibilities before February 14th. You will be unassigned to your games if you do not complete the requirements by then.

Dues:
OCUB dues for 2023 are $60 for adults and $30 for youth officials. Adult members who are away at college will pay $30.
